A rod made from a close hanger is attached between a hole in a rotating disk and the shake table platform. The hole is offset about 1 cm from the center of the disk, which is mounted on the vertical shaft of a small DC motor. The amplitude of the table is about 2 cm peak to peak.
The shake platform can be made about 30x30 cm.
